APDRC - Asia Pacific Disaster Resilience Centre

APDRC is the very first Red Cross Reference Centre in Asia and the Pacific, jointly initiated by the Republic of Korea National Red Cross (KNRC) and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) ​​Asia Pacific Regional Office.

​Announcements

        The Asia Pacific Disaster Resilience Centre (APDRC) is now looking for competent individuals from the Asia Pacific National Societies who can perform the role of program managers. While being an integral part of the APDRC, these positions will be project specific and eventually managed in a rotation basis to accommodate the interests of the Asia Pacific National Societies.

About Us 

The Republic of Korea National Red Cross (KNRC) and the International Federation of Red Cross Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) have jointly initiated the establishment of the very first Asia-Pacific Region Disaster Centre. We aim for disaster risk reduction and the building of resilient communities and play the role of both intermediary service as well as we develop and introduce new technologies to our 38 Asia-Pacific National Societies partners.
